Cancellation Policy
📅 Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policies For 23dB Content Consultations, Gear Strategy Sessions, and Agency Audits ✅ Booking Policy Consultations must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. You will receive an email confirmation upon booking. Full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your session. For agencies or teams booking multi-user audits, please contact us directly for scheduling. ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that things come up! Here's our policy to keep things smooth: You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your session with no penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable but can be credited toward a future session within 30 days. No-shows forfeit the session fee. To cancel or reschedule, use the link provided in your confirmation email or contact us at info@23dbproductions.com. ⏳ Waitlist Policy If your preferred time is fully booked, you can join our waitlist directly through the booking page. We'll notify you immediately if an opening becomes available.
