PROJECT SNAPSHOT

Live Stream: Creating the Moment From Anywhere
What: Virtual production / live remote recording Client: Corporate + nonprofit partnership Goal: Help create a memorable surprise for Boys & Girls Club members selected for a once-in-a-lifetime FIFA World Cup opportunity.
The 2026 FIFA World Cup created some incredible storytelling opportunities for young people connected to Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Through its partnership with Coca-Cola, Club teens were selected to serve as Coca-Cola Flag Bearers during World Cup matches.
23dB Productions was brought in to support a virtual production featuring Alex Rodriguez and Coca-Cola, helping deliver the surprise moment remotely.
HOW WE MADE IT
Setup: Remote production designed to connect talent and participants from different locations.
Creative Choice: The technology stayed in the background so the focus remained on the reaction and the story.
Challenge: Coordinating a live, high-profile moment where timing, communication, audio, and connectivity all had to work together.
Result: A seamless virtual experience that helped turn an announcement into a memorable moment for the young participants.
PRO TIP
In live production, preparation is what makes spontaneity possible.
The audience should never have to think about the technology. Build the workflow, test the connections, establish communication protocols, and anticipate the failure points before the cameras go live.
When everything works, the technology disappears and the moment takes over.
Ready to take your next live or virtual production to the next level?Let’s build a production workflow that keeps your team connected, your audience engaged, and the technology out of the way.
